Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ½ tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp raw honey optional
  • 1 cup warm water

Method
 

  1. In a glass, combine the apple cider vinegar and lemon juice.
  2. Add the grated ginger and honey; stir until the honey dissolves.
  3. Pour in the warm water and stir to combine.
  4. Sip slowly on an empty stomach for best results.
