Pasta & Chicken
  • 1 pound penne pasta
  • 1.5 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook penne pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook bacon until crispy. Crumble and set aside.
  3. Shred cooked chicken breasts and set aside.
  4. In a large skillet or pot, melt cream cheese over medium heat. Whisk in ranch dressing, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  5. Gradually whisk in milk until the sauce reaches a creamy consistency. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Add cooked pasta, shredded chicken, and crumbled bacon to the sauce. Stir to combine and heat through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
